The September 7, 2022, Intercity Transit Authority Board Meeting is canceled.  The next meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
Intercity Transit will operate on regular weekday schedules on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5. Customer Service at the Olympia Transit Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Intercity Transit Authority (ITA) is recruiting civically-minded individuals to serve on its Community Advisory Committee (CAC). The 20-member advisory group provides input to the ITA on local public transportation issues. Nineteen members serve three-year terms, while the youth position serves a one-year term.

INTERCITY TRANSIT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIVE-YEAR VANPOOL FARE CHANGE

July 20, 2022, 5:30 P.M.

Intercity Transit will conduct a public hearing, Wednesday, July 20, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m., to receive public comment on a proposed Vanpool Fare Change allowing vanpool users 18 years old and younger to be exempt from fare payment.   

In observance of Juneteenth, Village Vans will not operate on Monday, June 20. Customers needing work-related transportation should make alternate travel plans.

Intercity Transit’s Dial-A-Lift, local and Express bus service will operate on current weekday schedules on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30. Customer Service will be available by phone from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist customers.
Intercity Transit Dial-A-Lift driver Dan Savage placed second at the 31st Annual Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) Roadeo (Roadeo) last week in Louisville, Kentucky. Savage competed in the Body-on-Chassis/Paratransit Division against 50 competitors from 48 transit agencies across the country.
Intercity Transit is currently conducting Authority meetings remotely using a web-based platform. The public may attend the Authority meeting by telephone or Facebook.
