Walk N Roll’s Full Cycle program reduces transportation barriers by providing refurbished bicycles to people in our community. Donated bikes are refurbished at the Walk N Roll Educational Bike Shop by community volunteers, then distributed to people in our community. All bikes are free and come with a helmet, lock and set of lights.
Who can receive a Full Cycle Bike?
Bikes are given to people living in Thurston County who are experiencing barriers to transportation. Some of the people who receive bikes from the Full Cycle program include college students, refugee families, people seeking permeant housing, and immigrant communities.
How do I get a bike?
We distribute bikes in two ways:
- We partner with local organizations such as colleges, non-profits, and community organizations. If your organization would like to partner with us, please email us at walknroll@intercitytransit.com for more information.
- We provide bikes directly to individuals in our community through monthly distribution events. If you are experiencing transportation barriers and owning a bicycle would make getting around easier, please fill out the Full Cycle request form and email it to walknroll@intercitytransit.com. Once we receive your form, we will schedule you for a bike distribution event and email you the details.
