Rider Alerts (2022)

  • Winter weather in the forecast Dec. 22 and Dec. 23

    Snow and ice are in our forecast this evening, Thursday, Dec. 22, and into the afternoon on Friday Dec. 23.

  • No service on Christmas Day, Dec. 25 and service ends early on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24

    Intercity Transit will be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25. Local bus, Express, Dial-A-Lift, and Village Vans will not operate.

  • Route 66: Stop #563 on Pacific Ave. at Devoe St. [EB] will be temporarily closed due to bus stop enhancements

    Construction work to enhance multiple stops in east Olympia is expected to begin on Monday, December 19. Stop #563 on Pacific Ave. at Devoe St. [EB] will be temporarily closed.

  • Route 64: Stops 198 and 225 on Boulevard Rd. will be temporarily closed due to bus stop enhancements

  • Route 64: Stops 191, 193 and 232 on 18th Ave. in east Olympia will be temporarily closed due to bus stop enhancements

  • Work to relocate stop #459 on Martin Way at Pattison St. [EB] has been postponed

    Work to relocate bus stop #459 on Martin Way at Pattison St. [EB] to the far side of the Pattison St. intersection has been postponed until further notice.

  • Route 21 Outbound on detour until further notice

    Route 21 OB is on detour at Central and Ethridge until further notice.

  • Watermain work on Union Ave. is complete and Route 64 is back on regular route

    The City of Olympia has finished the watermain work on Union Ave. and Route 64 is back on regular route. All previously closed stops are open.

  • Route 64 on detour daily from 5 p.m. until the end of service Monday, Dec. 5 through Saturday, Dec. 31 due to increased traffic for viewing of a Christmas light display on 10th Ave. in Olympia
