Intercity Transit’s Customer Service at the Olympia Transit Center Opens June 1
Olympia, WA – Intercity Transit’s Customer Service at the Olympia Transit Center will reopen to the public on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Staff will be available in-person and by phone to assist passengers daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Customer Service staff will be available in the new building located on Franklin Avenue to answer passengers’ questions and provide service-related assistance. To access Customer Service and amenities such as restrooms, riders will use the entrance closest to the Olympia Transit Center platform and use the crosswalk to safely cross the transit lane. While in the building please follow proper social distancing.
Greyhound will continue to provide service on Olympia Avenue, but bus tickets are currently only available for purchase online. Greyhound bus tickets and package shipping services will be available from the transit center lobby in the fall. If you have questions about Greyhound service, please contact them directly at 214-849-8966.
Masks are required to ride public transit and at all transit properties as required by State and Federal mandates. The Federal Mask Order that applies to masking on public transit and related properties remains in place at least through Sept. 13, 2021. Intercity Transit will continue to keep passengers informed of any changes to the requirements and appreciates customers’ continued cooperation.
