Intercity Transit is currently conducting Authority meetings remotely using a web-based platform in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act guidelines in the Governor’s Proclamation 20.28.14 in response to the COVID-19 state of emergency. The public may attend the Authority Board meeting by telephone or Facebook.

How to Submit General Public Comment:
By Email – Submit by email to pmessmer@intercitytransit.com. Emailed public comments must be submitted by 12 noon on November 17, 2021.
By Phone (Live) – If you would like to call into the meeting to present public comment, contact the Clerk of the Board at 360-705-5860 by 12 noon, November 17, 2021. If you receive a voicemail, leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned before 5 p.m. the day of the meeting.
By USPS – If you wish to mail in your public comment, send comments to Attention: “Public Comments” P. O. Box 659, Olympia, WA 98507. Comments must be received by November 16, 2021.
