Due to road conditions, Route 21 is on a modified snow detour. From Puget St.:
- Buses will turn right on San Francisco
- Left on Garrison
- Left on Ethridge
- Left on Bethel
- Right on San Francisco
Buses will wait at San Francisco and Puget until it is time for them to return to OTC.
