Outbound routes 41, 45, 47, and 48 will be detoured via Olympia, Columbia, State, and Water to 4th Ave. due to closure of State Ave. between Capitol and Columbia while crews repair a water line. The closure will be from 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Inbound routing will not be affected.
