Rider Alerts (all)

  • Buses may be running behind schedule today due to road conditions and the use of chains

    Due to road conditions, buses must use chains and cannot travel more than 25 mph.

  • Buses will not stop on hills; passengers need to go to nearest stop at top or bottom of hills until further notice

    Buses are not able to stop on hills due to current road conditions. Passengers need to go to the nearest stop at either the top or bottom of hills to board all routes until further notice.

  • Route 620 is currently running behind schedule

    Route 620 is running between 30 and 60 minutes behind schedule due to road conditions this morning, Thursday, Dec. 30.

  • Many routes on standard snow detour Thursday, Dec. 30

    Routes 12, 21, 41, 42, 45, 47, 60, 64, 66, and 68 are on standard snow detour this morning, Thursday, Dec. 30. Routing information is available at the following links:

  • Intercity Transit to perform routine server maintenance starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 1

    Intercity Transit will be closed on New Year’s Day, Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. During the holiday closure, we will perform routine maintenance on our servers starting at 9 a.m.

  • Service Update for Wednesday, Dec. 29 - Some routes remain on snow detour

    Some of our routes remain on standard or modified snow detours. They include:

  • Route 67 OB: Last trip will not operate tonight, Dec. 28

    The last outbound trip of Route 67 scheduled to leave Lacey Transit Center at 6:50 p.m., will not operate tonight, Dec. 28 due to road conditions.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • No Village Vans service through Friday, Dec. 31

    Due to winter driving conditions, Village Vans will not operate through Friday, Dec. 31. All rides will be canceled. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Route 67 will not provide service beyond Lake Forest for the rest of the night, Dec. 28

    Route 67 will not provide service beyond Lake Forest for the rest of the night, Dec. 28, due to road conditions. During the detour, buses will not serve Tri-Lakes, Mullen Rd. and Marvin Rd.
