As you know, Intercity Transit made its bus and Dial-A-Lift services fare-free on January 1, 2020. After this, we saw an almost immediate increase in the number of riders using these services. And then COVID happened, which changed everything.
Over the last couple of years, we have had the opportunity to attend local events and talk with our community. We've seen that many still don’t know that riding all Intercity Transit bus routes is free. We want to change that!
