How to Participate in the February 16, 2022, Authority Board Meeting.

Intercity Transit is currently conducting Authority meetings remotely using a web-based platform in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act guidelines in the Governor’s Proclamation 20.28.14.  The public may attend the Authority Board meeting by telephone or Facebook.

How to Submit General Public Comment: 

By Email – Submit by email to pmessmer@intercitytransit.com.  Emailed public comments must be submitted by 12 noon on February 16, 2022.

By Phone (Live) – If you would like to call into the meeting to present public comment, contact the Clerk of the Board at 360-705-5860 by 12 noon, February 16, 2022.  If you receive a voicemail, leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned before 5 p.m. the day of the meeting.

By USPS – If you wish to mail in your public comment, send comments to Attention:  “Public Comments” P. O. Box 659, Olympia, WA 98507.  Comments must be received by February 15, 2022.

Using our Public Comment Phone Line – Call 360-705-5852 and press “1” and leave a detailed message by 12 noon, February 16, 2022.
