If Barnes Boulevard over Tumwater Hill is impassable:
- Buses to Capital Mall leaving Tumwater Square will follow Cleveland Ave., Custer Way, Capitol Blvd. and E St. to Deschutes Way, and Highway 101 to SPSCC.
- Leaving SPSCC, the bus to Lacey Transit Center will follow Highway 101, 2nd Ave., Linwood Ave., Capitol Blvd., Cleveland Ave., to Tumwater Square and regular route.
If the Crosby entrance to SPSCC is closed:
- Service will be to SPSCC’s Mottman Rd. entrance.
