If Union Ave. hill is unsafe:
- Buses will use Eastside St. and State Ave./4th Ave. between Eastside St. and Boulevard Rd.
During severe conditions:
- Buses will stay on State Ave., 4th Ave. and Pacific Ave. between Olympia Transit Center and Sleater-Kinney Rd. Buses will not serve Franklin, 8th Ave., 10th Ave., Central, Union, Frederick, 9th Ave., Boulevard Rd., 14th Ave., Elizabeth, and 18th Ave.
