In addition to being on standard snow detour, Route 45 is unable to access Conger due to a low hanging wire.
- Outbound buses will continue up Harrison and take a left on Cooper Point where buses will be back on route.
- Inbound buses will continue straight on Harrison all the way to the Olympia Transit Center.
