Potential impacts to Routes 41, 45, 47 and 48 due to City of Olympia paving project

Beginning Monday, Aug. 14, the City of Olympia will start a 55 day paving project on Olympia's Westside. From Aug. 14 through Aug. 17, paving will take place on Harrison Ave. between Cooper Point Rd. and Division St. On Aug. 18, the area between the roundabouts on Olympic Way will be paved. There are currently no known detours or bus stop closures as a result of the project, but this could change with little or no notice.

Collision on I-5 NB at Mounts Rd causing back ups on interstate and surface streets

A major collision on I-5 northbound at Mounts Rd is causing backups to Hwy. 101 as well as on local surface streets. Customers will experience impacts on all local fixed route service as well as Dial-A-Lift. 

At this time (8:15 a.m.), Route 620 runs will be suspended until conditions allow buses to get to their destinations. 

Routes 41 and 48 on detour for graduation ceremonies at Evergreen

Routes 41 and 48 will be on detour for The Evergreen State College and South Puget Sound Community College graduation ceremonies. The Library Loop, Overhulse Rd. and Evergreen Parkway will not be served on the following dates and times:

  • Friday, June 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The following stops will be closed during the detour:
