How to Participate in the February 21, 2024, ITA Meeting

In Person: Board Room of the Pattison Street facility.  Doors open at 5 p.m.

Online: Register to view the meeting via TEAMs. A link to the registration page can be found on the meetings page of our website. Once registered you will be emailed a link to join the meeting.

Public Comment:  The public may provide public comment as follows.

In Person:  Board Room of the Pattison Street Facility. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Online: Contact the Clerk of the Board at pmessmer@intercitytransit.com by noon the day of the meeting to indicate your desire to provide public comment. You will be instructed in how to register.  During the public comment portion of the agenda your microphone and video will be enabled.

Email: Submitted by email to  pmessmer@intercitytransit.com.  Emailed public comments must be submitted by 12 noon on February 21, 2024.

By Phone: If you would like to call into the meeting to present public comment, contact the Clerk of the Board at 360-705-5860 by 12 noon, February 21, 2024.  If you receive a voicemail, leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned before 5 p.m. the day of the meeting.

USPS: If you wish to mail in your public comment, send comments to Attention: “Public Comments” P. O. Box 659, Olympia, WA 98507. Comments must be received by February 20, 2024.
